The purpose of the Alamosa Mosquito Control District is to use ECONOMIC and ENVIRONMENTALLY responsible practices while suppressing the mosquito population.
It is the mission of the Alamosa Mosquito Control District to protect the health and well-being of our public from disease and annoyance caused by mosquitoes while using environmentally sensitive practices.

The AMCD Board of Directors meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. 6:00 pm is our regularly scheduled time.
